G.C. 680 GIRMA WORKU, was born in 1943 (EC), in Addis Ababa, the second child of a family of four. After going to school at the Haile Selassie I Secondary School he says he was attracted to the army out of motives of patriotism. A keen sportsman, who plays most games, he has represented his company at football. Painting and music are his chief relaxations. Having visited France this year, he would now like the opportunity to visit other countries.
